Hi, I’m Rich Hewlett, a computer professional based in the UK, designing, building, supporting and managing various software solutions at enterprise scale. My experiences cover all aspects of the development life-cycle from Software Development to Solution Architecture, including Development Management.
This blog is a collection of various pieces of information I want to share with the community and my future self. To be honest if I blog about the things I encounter then I’m much less likely to forget about them thus avoiding me struggling with the same problem in the future.
The subjects vary from low level ‘how to’ guides to essays on Enterprise Architecture as I enjoy getting my hands dirty as much as I do whiteboarding new solutions plus I think it’s essential that Architects keep their feet on the ground.
I look forward to hearing any feedback you might have on this blog via the comments.
Thanks for visiting!
